USUSRoom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room layout was nice, with a sofa, desk, and space to walk around the bed. Shower pressure was great. Toilet was small, small as not your average height, which makes it uncomfortable for tall people. Breakfast was typical, sausages, bagels, oatmeal, yoghurt and a waffle maker. Not very plentiful like other places. Night shift was pretty indifferent. There were no carts available, when we asked an employee he said they had but he didn’t know where to find them. He didn’t offer himself to ask around. Then a couple of other people around the front desk saw me struggling taking things and nobody offered help. Check in was fast but an AI would have probably been more welcoming. Stay was fine. Price was right. Not planning to come back in the near future. Customer service is important for me. If you don’t care much. I recommend.
The bathroom sink does not drain well in room 411 and the shower faucet needs to be fastened to the wall better.

USI really liked how modern this hotel is. Furnishings were so beautiful, great office space inside the room, beautiful bathroom. Hallways were quiet.
My AC unit was loud every once in a while for some strange reason and woke me up every night
