Hua Hin Loft

ROCK HARD BED!!!! MY BACK IS KILLING ME!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There are only 2 things the hotel need to improve: 1. The internet was very slow 2. The scheduled hotel shuttle-service was not reliable as announced on the website. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

This is a basic budget hotel that might suit your needs. It offers free internet, large clean rooms with a big fridge, a very modest breakfast, and a free shuttle to the beach twice a day. The location is OK, since it's on the songtao line and is within a comfortable walking distance of the night market. We probably wouldn't stay here again (unless we got a great price), however, because there were too many annoyances: (a) bed was uncomfortable, (b) elevator doors tried to crush us several times, until fear drove us to develop coping strategies, (c) the internet went in and out several times during our stay (out about 10% of the time), (d) the shower went from too hot to too cold (rarely at a comfortable temperature). I'd add that if you're looking for a beach, there are MUCH better options in Thailand.

Excellent Value. Very attractive and comfortable room. Very good staff. No complaints at all. Would stay at this hotel or Citin Lodge elsewhere. Only drawback, not near beach, but free shuttle available from hotel.

The Citin Loft was good value for the price and as expected for a 3 star property. The bathroom is small but shower a good size. Balcony was nice with wooden furniture to relax when the weather was nice. The rooftop pool is quite small and no shade in that area. Breakfast was ok and the staff friendly and helpful. One of the security guards was very nice and always smiling and happy which was nice when you coming and going. Similar to other Citin properties it is just off the beaten path and a short walk to the main road. Nothing really by the hotel but close to walk into town for anything you want an a 7-11 nearby. No real complaints for the price and would return depending on the price versus other similar properties.

good services with reasonable price. 24hrs security, no standard parking area but some parking spaces outside the hotel. overall is very good and satisfy.

the location of the hotel is great, its quiet and yet near to the night market and shopping centre and the beach. The room is rather sizeable and comfortable. Its certainly value for money.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Hua Hin. The breakfast was awesome, the room was very comfortable and I loved the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall, very comfortable, very clean, very helpful staff The one disadvantage of King beds in hotels is that they are often 2 singles joined together - so the 'middle' is tough to sleep on. Not ideal for a couple who want to be together! The hotel charged for tea and coffee sachets in the room which I thought was a bit tight.. Really liked that Citin Loft nominates being gay-friendly - they are, and this is refreshing to have noted on their www

The reception staff were not the most friendly, it was a bit impersonal. Although the security staff was very friendly. Not too sure if I would stay there again, although I would go to Hua Hin again.
