Disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed. Parking was in a public ar park opposite the hotel

Hotel is located in a residential street which woiuld be quiet enough but there is a karaoke restaurant next door that goes until early in the morning. Also the airconditioner was extremely noisy. No free tea/coffee. Jug available (packets available to pay for) Even if you dont have your room cleaned, they will leave free bottles of water at your door. That is good. Room very large with large balcony. Rooftop area and pool in ruin, and looks like it has never been used for many years. They could at least clean up the roof top area to make it presentable. However the big attraction with this hotel is the low price. It is walking distance to the main town centre. If you like 2.5 star accom. at a very good price, and bring your ear plugs, then this is for you.

Book for 2 night's here and spend less than 14hrs in room. Arrive here and find that the hotel is an tiny building without any carpark, was told to park at another commercial building carpark 50m away or along an alley. Lobby is small but check in was fast & staff are polite and always smiling. Family room with balcony is old & furniture outdated. Bathroom is very bare and everything is basic,... it seems I have gone back in time. We spend the next 2 days out most of the time, coming back only to sleep for 6-8 hours. Breakfast is pathetic, area is small, food ain't refilled, cold coffee.... The only plus about this hotel is the central location.

Pleasant

Everything was adequate but might be worth spending a few pounds more for the next level of hotel. Generally a bit shabby and run down. Lots of noise from local bar, local dogs and railway. Good rooftop shade and dipping pool. Internet was frustratingly sporadic. Good maid service, breakfast was eggs and toast and instant coffee. Cookery course was great, vineyard trip was pricey but a unique experience. Good night market and cicado market fri-sun was worth a look with great food stalls.

Everything was very average right from the fairly restricted parking to the breakfast. The biggest disappointment was the uncomfortable bed--two singles rammed together

we met a rude female receptionist during the day of check out which is a total disaster. We was being charged 50 bacts for consuming 2 bottles of their mineral water. In fact, we did not drink it. We just drank the complimentary water provided by the hotel. We explained to the receptionist in a proper manner but we received very rude service from her. She raised up her voice and keep blaming us for not paying after drank the mineral water. In the end, we paid for it as it is just 50bacts after all. A reputable hotel wont bear the risk of losing his customer for just a penny.

The hotel is located close to the centre of Hua Hin.

Bed is good but cleanliness of bathroom is mediocre. However the location of the hotel is very good. Walk up ahead you will reach the night marget. There is also pool on the rooftop.The pool is quite small but large enough to swim though.
