The price and hotel information inferred a premium experience. This was not the case. At almost €300 per night our expectations were high. Beautiful room and very large. Breakfast was okay but seemed to have been cooked a long while before we ate (eggs). A fair range fruit and cheese and meats. Whilst ideally located and well presented, a few things let it down. Room only had block out blinds on 2 out of 3 large windows, so the early sun was an issue. Bathroom had low quality towels and minimal toiletries. E.g. no tissues, very old shaving kit (shave cream was a solid lump), no moisture cream. The hot water took over 10 minutes to come through the shower head. Road noise was enough to keep me awake due to cobble stone roads, both late at night and in the early morning. By far the major issue was a strong sulphurous/ sewerage smell in our room that came and went several times a day.

Locations is walkable to everything. Beautiful building with central courtyard area and gorgeous furnishings. The breakfast room is a cistern from the 16th century. Staff is amazing. They held an art opening when we were there, and we ended up buying a painting from the Artist and saw the same scene the next day at the Alhambra. This was a very memorable stay for us

I loved everything but if you have young children, this is probably not the place for you.

Staff were fantastic. Location great for main tourist sites. Plenty of restaurants/ cafes nearby.

Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Air con was temperamental in some rooms.

Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, die Zimmer individuell sehr hübsch gestaltet und geräumig, auch das Badezimmer. Sehr gut und zentral gelegen, Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt und Einkaufsviertel in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch zum Haupteingang der Alhambra dauert es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Auto kann in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe gegen Aufpreis geparkt werden. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Eckzimmer im 2. Stock. An der einen Seite verläuft eine enge Straße mit Pflastersteinen, durch die dennoch viele Autos fahren und das ist ganz schön laut, Fenster konnte man nachts nicht auflassen.
