Sawtelle Mountain Resort

It was clean, newly remodeled and close to Yellowstone. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Pool was indoors and jacuzzi was very small. Both were heavily chlorinated, you could hardly breath and there was no way to vent the area.

I loved the spacious, clean, comfortable room. It was perfect. The staff was so nice, the grounds and buildings were clean and the room was so great. I was very pleased and so comfortable. I would highly recommend!

The price., location, spaciousness and the polite staff, coupled with a clean lodge made this a great choice for our visit to Yellowstone. About 20 minutes from the West entrance. Especially important they were so helpful when I totally messed up my reservation to get us back on track and in a great suite/cabin. Theresa - thank you for your help with that. The breakfast was comparable to your major chain hotels.

There was nothing not to like.

Все супер , за исключение тренажерного зала - это единственный минус в этой гостинице . Можно сказать что тренажерного зала практически нет

这是在Booking平台以来最差的一次体验。该酒店距离黄石公园西门需要大约35分钟的车程，如果要是每天往返西黄刀镇还是不太方便的。旅店周边有几家超市，但下午关门时间都比较早。房间比较大，浴室内的设施也比较全。停车免费。

在离开黄石公园的那天在这里临时住了一晚，没想到随后的纠纷持续了一个多月。想告诉大家的是，酒店房间内的桌子上会摆放有两个袋子，其中一个袋子上贴有20元的标签，里面装有玩具小熊，另一个没有价格标签，是瓶装水。问过前台的客服，被告知那应该是免费的。但如果你动了那个没有标签的水之后，收费的账单就会在你离开时出现了，而且消费的明细也与实际毫无关联。这笔钱被酒店方毫无理由的扣除了，而且拒绝退回！在索要该款项的电子发票时，也不会按照承诺的时间内完成。该酒店的种种行为令人难以接受。
