Sehr nettes Personal!!! Gute Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut zu erreichen. Frühstück gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Lobby Frühstücksraum sauber.

Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock direkt unterm Dach. Nur Dachfenster, die für kleine Menschen nicht ohne Stuhl zu öffnen bzw. wieder zu schließen sind. Fenster sehr dreckig, übersäht mit Fingerabdrücke. Fensterrahmen auch dreckig würde länger nicht geputzt. Spinnenweben in der Ecke. Am Kopfteil vom Bett auch dreckig, Kakao oder ähnliches runter gelaufen. Am schlimmsten sah die Kloobrille aus. Diese sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Verfärbt, gelb graue Ränder. Leider auf dem Foto nicht richtig zu erkennen da kein Tageslicht im Bad war.

It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel, at least from my point of view. The room on the ground floor smelled really bad because of the drains. When I mentioned it at the reception desk, they simply gave me an air freshener instead of solving the issue. There was also almost no water pressure in the shower — the water was barely dripping. Another very serious issue was the room door. It didn’t close properly, and one day when I came back to the hotel, I found my room door open. This is completely unacceptable from a safety and security perspective. When I reported it to reception, instead of apologizing or offering another room, I was just told that I needed to “close it really hard.” That response was shocking and extremely unprofessional. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. However, what really disappointed me was the staff’s attitude. I asked at reception if I could still have a coffee at 10:00, and they agreed. A few moments later, one of the staff members literally came running after me to tell me that if I wanted to drink coffee after 10:00, I should do it in the reception area. It wasn’t even so much about what she said, but the way she said it — with a very annoyed and aggressive tone that made me feel extremely unwelcome. That’s simply not the level of service anyone would expect from a 4-star hotel. Maybe the rooms on the upper floors are better, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding the ground-floor rooms. Overall, the poor room conditions, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for guest comfort and security made this a very disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel.

Довге поселення, не менше півгодини заняло, і це вночі після перельоту, коли хотілось відпочити. Номер був відносно чистий. Матраси надто мякі, що аж провалюються, не закріплені, рухаються по ліжку. Третє спальне місце на дивані - майже не придатне для сну, матрас надто мякий і провалювався на поперечину, щоб хоч якось заснути - довелось лечати по діагоналі. За запропоновану ціну точно можна знайти більш якісні умови. У номері був 1 рулон туалетного паперу на 3 особи. коли попросили на рецепцій принети додатковий рулон, сказали, що принесуть, так ми його і не отримали.
