Great view

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The view alone is worth the stay. However what made it a truely special place was the staff. They took care of me and my party so well. Vicky the cook made the best breakfast and was so friendly. Nicholas made the best cocktails on the island. Our room was always cleaned and restock when we got back for the day and the front desk staff were amazing in taking care of us. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Santorini.

From anywhere on the property you had an amazing view of the Caldera. the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I felt very safe at this location. there were also a few weddings while there which were fun to watch, with secluded area for party afterwards so not noisy. be prepared to go up and down steps though as the whole thing is literally built into the cliff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and exceeded all our expectations. The breakfast great. Very good coffee and lots of choice of food with a great view of the sea whilst you eat your breakfast. If you've looking for a memorable vacation on a beautiful Greek island, you can't go wrong staying at the Cliff side suites , Santorini

Love the property uniqueness with beautiful views, terrace and privacy between rooms, it felt you were alone. Very romantic.

Great stay, lots of steps so leave heels at home. Great service at small pool. During COVID, would like to have staff wear masks over nose and mouth.

Magnificent views of Santorini are synonymous with top nightly rates. Cliff Side suites definitely delivers when it comes to spectacular location and unforgettable sunsets. But don’t expect much else. Rooms were comfortable, albeit not memorable. Ditto for the service. When you are in the 600 EUR per night territory, attention to details in the services provided should be a given. The pool towels were rather faded and if I were the owner I would not be proud to be showcasing my hotel name embroidered on them. Breakfast service was, to put it mildly, basic. The buffet food presentation just disgraceful. Also, charging extra for a uneventful machine made cappuccino to guests who can afford such upscale prices is just offensive. Overall, I will not remember this property fondly and do not feel comfortable recommending it either.
