Royal Nozha

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et j’ai été vraiment impressionnée. Ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, c’est la propreté impeccable des lieux : que ce soit les chambres, les couloirs ou les espaces communs, tout était parfaitement entretenu On sent que l’hygiène est une priorité pour l’établissement. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu mon séjour agréable, c’est l’amabilité du personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe, de la réception aux services de chambre, était accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. On se sent vraiment bienvenu et pris en charge. C’est un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation pour ceux qui recherchent un lieu propre, chaleureux et bien tenu.

Animation team superb. Clean facilities. Welcoming atmosphere. Great food.

Staff were excellent, from the Reception team (Meher and Majid) to the Entertainment/Activation team. Food choice and quality is excellent. Beach on your doorstep. Small resort, and you'll know everyone by the end of the week. Booked some excellent activities like Camel Ride experiences for the guests.

Could do with a spruce up, but it's certainly not run down.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. The food was excellent and a good choice. The rooms are clean and a good size. Always beds available around the pool and a beautiful beach bar and beach area.

The gym is very small and not very well equipped but still OK and did its job.

Congratulations Royal (pfft) Nozah for winning the award for the absolute worst possible experience I've ever had as an avid traveler, I'm thinking of going to Chernobyl in a few months just to wash off your stink, a radiation bath should barely cut it (might kill me, but hey). For everyone who reads reviews thoroughly before choosing a place to stay like me, I shall leave here an account that should dissuade you, so that you at the very least can avoid stepping into something decidedly unpleasant. If you've read that this or that staff is "nice," "helpful," "kind," or "friendly," then let me pierce the vail for you... They want your money, they worship it, 😱 shocking I know at a resort, but it isn't subtle, they hound you so that you take their overinflated packages all while acting like your best friend. Half the maids are rays of sunshine, the other half is something dark and unpleasant. The buffet staff are 60% great, but the abysmal attitude of the other 40% makes the whole experience kaput, zilch, nada, zero, considering full Karen etc. The food is better thrown straight in the garbage. There was a Golem guarding the water like his precious, as if they had wrung it out of him (no thank you!). I'm sorry, is it a crime to be thirsty? It's as if I didn't pay for the all-inclusive package... Oh, wait I did! Now, let's talk about the wonderful (😤) ambiance you may have to deal with. Like the most unlucky man in that week (me), while sleeping with the balcony door ajar, I woke up to a room full of fumes. Apparently they thought the best time to paint (petrol-based paint) the staircase to the 2nd floor was when I decided to stay with them. An assurance was offered after we complained, but apparently the guy didn't care, or more likely they didn't even try, his last hat tip was painting the door right outside the apartment where my sister (who is disabled) and her daughters were staying.

Location is great Food was ok

The rooms are not sound proofed. You can here everything from outside. Some of the staff ( not all ) acted like we were staying st their home. Especially the man responsible for the restaurant service. He was not welcoming and very rude. The waiters and the poeple in réception were really nice though. The kids club is only open from 10 to noon and from 3 to 5pm. Rest of the time closed.

The personnel were really kind and the food was delicious. Everything was perfect
