Great location, service was great, the room amenities were perfect . The wi-fi was weak.

Great location in walking distance of the town. Several pools and plenty of sunbeds. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.

The hotel was clean and was within walking distance to Fira.

The staff at this property were mostly very helpful and friendly. There was a time when I was arranging dinner reservations and transportation. I had been to earlier that to make local calls to reach the front desk to make the call for more. During my series of calls the person I spoke to questioned my need to make these calls and clearly sounded annoyed. There is a sidewalk along the street for the 10 minute walk to town. People tend to park on this walkway forcing you to walk in the very busy road. Also, the walkway ends before you actually reach town which also forces walking in the road. I realize that the hotel has no control over this situation but perhaps they could explain this before people venture out. The property was beautiful and as I said most of the staff were wonderful.

The view from across the street into the caldera was absolutely amazing! Staff was very patient and helpful.

Great place, the photos do not do it justice. Plenty of pools and sun beds, plus indoor pool, bonus on a cloudy day (stayed in October) I would avoid the loft top rooms as ceiling is extremely low and I’m 5ft2. Over fabulous stay

The staff are really kind and helpful. The location is pretty convenient.
