Had to be at a meeting Tuesday morning Sept.9, the shower floor drain was completely plugged up. Could not keep the shower running as it run out into the floor. I notified the front desk on check out she just said thank you.

Parking is not close to doors but they do have lights. Casino is not close to the hotel. Lots of people smoke in the casino.

The only complaint we had was the noise of people hanging out in the hall and being loud and the beds were too hard for me. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

"Confirm your room before you show up!"

This place is very nice but this is the second time we have shown up here and they tell us we have no reservation.We book on Hotels.com and stay different places 2 or 3 weekends a month with no problems, apparently this place hates hotels.com. After arguing with her and proving that we have reservations with confirmation numbers and screen shots from our phone when we booked it they miraculously found our room. WOW! The lady was completely rude and should be fired, what an embarrassment for Amaristar.
