L'appartamentino molto confortevole, dimensioni buone, bagno un pochino piccolo. Arredato bene e con tutto il necessario. Il letto piccolino (mio marito 1,90 usciva con i piedi...). C'è piaciuta molto la location, super comoda a tutto, vicinanza a ristoranti buoni e market, tranquillità del residence, presenza di lavatrici comuni.

Unico suggerimento la struttura dovrebbe essere rinfrescata nella parti comuni che non sono dello stesso livello degli appartamenti. Lasciare le fioriere vuote ad esempio da idea di trascuratezza. Basterebbe mettere dei bei oleandri e tutto cambierebbe,

Gute Lage, Francesca war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften schon früher in die Wohnung. Wohnung war recht geräumig.

Das Bad war etwas klein.

Ottima posizione, in mezzo al verde,tranquillo ma comodo. Arredamento moderno,pulito provvisto di tv, lenzuola,asciugamani che non è scontato presente in tutti i residence. Spazio esterno con tavolo,sedie e stendino.

Sarebbe stato gradito avere la presa elettrica libera vicino al letto per il cellulare. Mancanza di mollette se c'è vento la roba stesa cade
