Queen room with one queen bed was located at the rear of the property resulting in very quiet night times for sleeping. Pretty comfy bed. Good value. Attractive, all single level property.

Somewhat typical perfume-like smell when first entering the room. HVAC a little louder than some, not as loud as others.

The location is great, as well as the pricing. Good for just a quick basic stay.

The room reeked of smoke and weed. Even the main office had the same smells. As a smoker, it was pretty bad. The shower could have been cleaner.

Everything was pristine. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. We were very pleasently surprised. Lovely outdoor green area with picnic tables. Close to diner, Tuscan Village, family. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again when we go to visit.
