La struttura era pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio, un buon centro benessere e una bella stanza completa di ogni comfort

Il telefono della stanza non funzionava, premessa doverosa essendo che io e il mio compagno volevamo prenotare la cena (i posti erano al completo). La sera intorno alle 19 un membro dello staff (senza bussare) entra con il badge all’interno della camera dove io e il mio compagno stavamo riposando. Entra all’interno della stanza; arriva fino a metà corridoio, a questo punto chiedo un caricabatterie e mi risponde “ se vuole può andarselo a prendere alla reception!” Pessima esperienza in tanti anni non ci è mai capitato un servizio del genere in un cinque stelle. Colazione non all’altezza di un cinque stelle, non ci sono tavoli assegnati alle stanze.
