Lovely hotel just a short bus ride away from the town. We had a small balcony which caught the afternoon sun - and a free bottle of wine. Fantastic

I had a great stay. The service was very accomodating including the teams at the front desk, dining, and housekeeping. The room was in terrific condition and very clean. The hotel is an ideal location for purposes of going on a run/walk and less than a mile from the water and restaurants. I highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights in May 2025, as part of a conference, and it worked out great. It's a little outside of the main city center but walkable, about 30 minutes. Nice staff, nice rooms, and the breakfast is good as well.

Fantastic hotel with parking. Themed rooms are good size with great bathroom facilities, comfy large beds. Very quiet. A short walk from the Old Town, fantastic public transport links

Awful Hotel, terrible staff and management without care or consideration for customers, wrongly booked dates and tried within 2 mins to change date but hotel refused and charged me the full amount and i lost my booking, a money desperate hotel with terrible customer service AVOID booking this Hotel

Not centrally located bust close enough to walk anywhere within the town.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I tried to make a booking online via Hotels.com, for some reason when i tried to enter the dates (that were not available) the dates automatically jumped to the following week without me noticing. I made the booking, immediately noticed the wrong dates and emailed both hotels.com and the hotel and also went straight in to a cht box with the hotel via hotels.com. I was told in a call to the hotel the next day and speaking to Selina the reservations person, that it was Expedia and not the hotel who decide whether or not i will be able to change the dates without losing 100% of my original payment. I explained that i had already spoken to Expedia and that her statement was untrue, she then admitted that she / hotel will not change dates or refund as i needed to read the small print, i Explained that it was 3 minutes from completing the booking to realising the mistake and contacting the hotel but she said that they will do nothing and i will have to lose 100% of my fee. I am now opening a case with ABTA /ATOL to pursue the hotel for breach of financial T&C's Hotels that lie and steal customers money are frequently investigated so it will be interesting to see how this hotel fares with this case. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL until after the investigation

Really impressed by the quality of the hotel and room. The staff was very friendly and couldn't do enough for me.
