It was ok. Didn’t feel luxurious enough. But good clean place

This was such a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location for you to see many areas of the unique city. It’s definitely walkable to desirable locations.

Good hotel within walking distance of the centre and the old town plus the beach. Bus stop just outside.

Hotel has no soul. Staff excellent, above average buffet breakfast. Hotel is a three star, bar and restaurant franchised, out well used by locals but only two star fixtures and fittings. Bar also closed about 11pm and cocktail bar never opened. Hotel more of an AB&B with maid service added on. Overall satisfactory but didn’t live up to hype on website etc so didn’t meet expectations. Finally twenty minute walk to and from the bus station and a thirty minute walk to the old town.

My husband and I had a really great experience with Zinema7. We stayed in the Meryl Streep room which was a beautiful and spacious room. Great staff Large and clean rooms/bathroom Location is "far" from Old Town but makes for fantastic biking adventures I cannot say this often but this was one clean hotel. This hotel is by no means new. It was built back in 2009. The rooms were so clean. I am usually a stickler for hygiene when it comes to hotel rooms. I absolutely hate seeing corners with caked on dirt, mildew, etc. There were none. To my clean freaks, this is a great option!! In terms of location, I mean, you're booking this hotel knowing it is not in the heart of Old Town like every other hotel there is. That being said, my husband and I took it as an opportunity to explore the surround areas by renting a bike for the 3-4 days we were there. Bike ride was only 10 mins to Old Town. After returning our bikes, walking back to the hotel was approx 20-25 mins. I loved our stay, and would book with them again without question.

This is a fun and fashionable hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable and it was a good size for three people. We appreciated that when we arrived late, our daughter’s bed was already nicely made up without us having to ask. We had the breakfast buffet as well and it was good. Convenient location to walk to all the main sights.

Wonderful stay at the Zinema7 hotel. Such a clever concept all the rooms are themed around oscar winners. We had a room with a terrace and it was themed with Sean Penn. Staff were super friendly, location is about a 20 min walk to the old town and really close to Amara station. San Sebastián is a foody heaven lots of fab pintoxs bars and a gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Location was good for visiting San Sebastian, with bus connections outside, nice rooms but not very sound proof as you do get furniture and movement noise from the room above due to hard flooring, but overall a great place to stay.

The hotel itself was well presented. Staff are friendly and the theme of the hotel is fun. Parking is a little tight and getting in and out of the car park can tricky if you have a larger vehicle. The hotel is a reasonable walking distance to the old town -15 mins - and isn’t hard to find. The one major downside of the room was the beds. They are incredibly hard. I’m used to a firm bed however these are just to hard. Otherwise enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián.

We loved everything about our stay and could not be more satisfied.
