Room was good with all facilities .

Room was good with all facilities but there was 10% discount Given on Food and Beverages from Bookings.com , that on duty receptionist was knowing & they didn't apply(suggested me next orders will be applicable with 10%)and receptionist on next day was saying we didn't have receive any offers of 10% discount on your food & beverages)so they didn't apply on last bill also by saying he is not knowing how to add discount on bill.
