Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Medica Sur by IHG

Literally in a hospital behind gates. Felt like a camp. Came from the US for a wedding with friends but nothing about staying at a hospital is happy or cheerful.

Located behind the Medica Sur Hospital this hotel is great. Staff for check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, less than 5 minutes. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommened and return.

I paid this hotel night for my sister Sara and my mom. They told me they had a good stay and were happy w everything.

Nice employees, very polite

Hotel connected to Medical center ( Medica Sur ) buildings. The view from your room might not be the best you have seen but it is convenient if you need to see your surgeon, he is just at 50 feet away.

The set up of the hotel was terrible. Is inside of a hospital. The breakfast is inside of a fast food franchise. The people that work there are rude and they don’t have experience. Very dissapointed of every single aspect of the hotel. I would never recommended.

although it’s an hotel within a hospital (2 floors in one of the buildings) it was well located, in a nice neighborhood, close to many things to do, and with pharmacies, starbucks and restaurants. we never felt like being inside a hospital. the surroundings were very nicely kept and the hotel room was clean and comfortable

The hotel is well maintained but be aware that the walls are very thin. I heard my neighbors, even the phone ringing inside their room as well as an alarm clock somewhere that went off for two hours each morning. The bathroom cleaning was a bit lacking.

The staff was unbelievably accommodating and helpful with everything. I would recommend this hotel without question.
