Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Medica Sur by IHG

Hotel is comfortable clean only problem is they havent had hot water to shower 😒

The room itself was good. I did not like the entrance, it looked old and almost.. dirty I guess would be the word. Also I didn't like the fact that it was difficult to get in and out of the property. I didn't realize the hotel was INSIDE the hospital. So that was a bit weird. When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation and it took them an hour to get it cleared up. They were nice and it got resolved but not before I contacted Expedia. overall it was okay, I probably won't stay there agains though.

What I particularly appreciate is the closeness to the hospital as my husband was a patient during my stay. Amazing staff who were quick to help.

My wife and I recently spent several days over a period of a few weeks at the Holiday Inn associated with Medica Sur in Mexico City. Our stay was outstanding. Every aspect of this Holiday Inn is of the best quality; the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, the gym and on-site restaurant are top quality, but what really stands out is the quality of the staff. When we needed assistance in preparing our voluminous health insurance documents, the Holiday Inn front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting us with printing, scanning, and emailing these important documents. Without their generous and skilful support, this task would have been very difficult -- they made something onerous, easy. And for that, we are very grateful. We recommend that any medical tourism patients at Medica Sur book themselves into this Holiday Inn. It is unbeatable for convenience, comfort, and caring.
