"Friendly staff but could be improved."

Location was good. Staff were friendly.

WiFi was poor. Dated furniture. Seal cap on water bottle in room not sealed. Noisy Aircon. Very noisy fan that made it unusable. Renovations to other parts of hotel near room, unpleasant smell of epoxy resin being used. Rubber cap over smoke detector meaning it wouldn't work in fire. Having stayed in other hotels in Mumbai for similar prices, this has been the poorest.

We had to leave as we had a sudden emergency. We weren't given refund or any percent of the refund for the next days payment which we had made already. The breakfast meals were also not good. Poor quality and extremely spicy.
