Best Western Plus Paris Meudon Ermitage

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. It made me feel so bad afterwards. The hotel is good condition, just the front desk is not nice. When I arrived in the hotel, nobody told me that their heater system had an issue. The next day, when I complain about the room is too cold and request a different room, the lady told me that the entire building has a heating issue. I request an extra blanket. The lady said she would look for it but no answer after that. I complained again the third day. They finally change a room for me and the heater is working fine in that room. Where is the problem for the entire building's heating system?

Really nice hotel and room. Good food at the restaurant. the only downside is the location. there is nothing around.

front desk works really slow. waiting long time to check in and out. rooms smells newly painted, which worries a little breathing that all night long. Breakfast buffet was great, highlight of the whole stay.

We stayed at the newer renovated room which still has a very strong smell of paint. It's uncomfortable breathing that all night long. Breakfast buffet was great.

Very far from Paris

Staffs were friendly. Location was slightly remote from Paris. Load time on transit.

Decent place with little open parking outside the property and psid covered parking under the building. Breakfast was not too bad either.

Far away of the city the only complaint about it But is a good place

They don't put shampoo or soap in the room. The French don't speak English. The shower was hot all the way and can't be fixed until am shift comes in. There's only one staff at night He said he is the only one in the desk. No iron. Beautiful hotel but not staff well.

Nice staff. Too far from Paris. Will cost a lot to visit Paris back and forth.
