"Schön gelegenes Hotel. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Harz."

Das Hotel ist schön am See gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich. Es gab ein Kaminzimmer mit Bar . Das Frühstück war gut.

Mein Zimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Es müsste mal wieder modernisiert werden. Es gab kein Restaurant im Hotel.

Das Bad war so gross wie eine "Sardienenbüchse" , man konnte sich kaum umdrehen.

Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar zeker voldoende variatie

Op de kamer ontbrak de mogelijkheid om een kopje thee of koffie te zetten. Dit lijkt me toch wel bij 4 sterren hotel te horen

Hotelmitarbeiter/Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Am Abend mussten wir in der Kaminbar sehr sehr lange auf den Mitarbeiter/Kellner warten. Der war einfach nicht da.
