the Jacuzzi needs a nice deep clean. The button had scum on it, and it's a little.. stained.. you need that Clorox spa stain&scale control and a good bristle brush to get that off. But, other than that the housekeeping was phenomenal, the price was great and the bed/room was so comfy and clean. Big beautiful TV and convenient charging ports.

A very pleasant experience, clean and cozy place, very comfortable rooms and excellent location.

Stayed one night. Was asked to downgrade my suite to downstairs. Then before being able to do that, I was informed by the day shift manager about them not accepting reservations through booking.com. AFTER already paying. Had to leave the next morning because in order to continue to stay, I would of had to repay all over again if I wanted to continue to stay, downstairs.

The booking and confirming of my reservation. Along with the process the following day. Having to confirm my reservation AGAIN. And the need to process my card, having to confirm my identity. Headache on top of headache. So I made us leave because I was outraged by this issue and didn't feel the need to go through all of that all over again.

That treat you like you are important

The location was good, the room and bed were very nice. Don't know if they offer breakfast because I had to leave early for my business meetings. Lots of great parking
