"Buen hotel, mal desayuno"

Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones, habitación con un buen escrito y silla para trabajar, la cama muy agradable, aire acondicionado que funciona, personal muy amable, y un buen café de grano en la habitación.

El desayuno era muy mexicano, estaba muy centrado en satisfacer a los pasajeros locales y había poca variedad para viajeros internacionales, por ejemplo no había jamón, queso, mantequilla, salame, etc. Solo tenían huevo revuelto con jamón, pero no había huevos fritos, ni salchichas, no había sal en ninguna parte, y tenía que pedirle al personal que me facilitara un par de sobres, 3 de los 4 días no había café normal, solo descafeinado…. Creo que deberían preocuparse más del desayuno. En el baño de la habitación, la ducha estaba muy tapada con sarro y la tuve que destapar personalmente, ya que de otro modo no me habría podido bañar, y la perrita de vidrio de la ducha no cerraba bien dejando todo el baño mojado al bañarme.

Mantenimiento del edificio deficiente, el baño del comedor no funcionaba , el lavamanos de dormitorio no trabaja bien , la pintura exterior del edificio fea y deteriorada
