The beds were comfortable.

Loud noises from people all night. Room carpets were stained and had a weird smell. It was decent but think its time for an upgrade.

"Exceptional"

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable for me and my family. The location was excellent since it was close to my specialists at UTSW. My family liked that they were able to have a good breakfast to start the day. Loved the fact that shampoo, conditioner and lotion were avaliable in case we had forgotten something.

It would be nice to have bodywash to go with the other toiletries that were available.
