Nice and comfortable inn. Disappointed when we checked in, tho. Our room was not ready when we checked in after 5:00 pm after a long drive. The elevator was not working and we had to use the stair to get to second floor with several bags without help. The staff was nice and was a full of apology, despite.

Elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. Carpet in the stairwell was filthy. The chair in our room had stains on it. Windows in the room hadn't been cleaned and were covered in dirty handprints. Found a water bottle lid just randomly sitting on top of the headboard that was missed by cleaning crew. Beds were comfortable. Rooms had AC. Price was good for what we got. Walking distance to the aquarium and some cute shops. Restaurants and coffee close by also

No elevator (it broke) and in a four floor hotel that’s pretty bad. Room on ground floor had garbage (smelly) in the hall. Staff unable to award amenity points. Room OK. TV very complicated to operate. Poor internet. You get the idea. Not a great stay.
