I wasn't allowed to have breakfast without paying about $20 for it, even thought the website said that it was included.

The Booking website said that breakfast was included, but when I asked about this I was told that no it was not included in the price that I paid. This is ridiculous. Either breakfast is included which is what the website said, or it is not. The third floor looked very ghettoish. The trim around the Botton of the wall was either off or coming off. My bedroom had food left in the fridge, and the phone was on the table, but had no cord attached to it. For $220 this was a ripoff. I was not impressed at all. When the manager called me and asked me what I would like, she said that she could offer me breakfast or dinner. I said ok, but we didn't use them since we were up in Anchorage for a medical emergency. I had also told her that she could take some money off my bill.

"Great Last Minute Room"

Emergency trip and last minute booking. Wanted to be closer to lobby &/or elevators. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I noted was all trim in hallways along the floors were missing and peeling away.

Check-in was awful. Three trips to the front desk because keys didn’t work after a 30 hour journey. Property was undergoing refurbishing, but looked poor.
