"Nice weekend getaway "

The owners Julie & Lenny were very nice and friendly. They made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very good we had quiche, roasted potatoes, muffins and fruit one morning. On the next morning we had an egg casserole, roasted potatoes,cinnamon rolls and fruit. All the food was delicious and homemade. We enjoyed our weekend! Wanda & Kevin Timmons

"The Iron Horse Inn is a great place to stay near the beautiful square in Granbury."

The historic building is immaculately maintained and the owner/operators are super sweet and attentive. Anytime we needed anything they were there for us. You couldn't ask for more in a Bed and Breakfast.

There was nothing that we did not like. There is a train track adjacent to the home and a train did transit in the evening but it was only once and did not really affect us.

The hosts were really welcoming and friendly. They made us feel at hoe right away. Our bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It was nice to have fresh filtered water for the room also.

Loved the cottage; the house is amazing and has very cool history; loved the location, too...so easy to the Square. Especially loved playing with Luna and Gretchen too! Hosts are fantastic ~
