"New and very modern"

Having stayed at a number of hotels in Rostov and indeed Russia l found this one to be a great and fresh place to stay. Staff where wonderful and the lady on reception was just fantastic, perfect English and very willing to help me with all the forms and stamps that one has to deal with when staying in Russia. Room very, very clean and l did think l would be kept awake by the main road below my room but it was not that bad. Stayed in a hotel higher up in Rostov and it was a nightmare! Food great but not cheap hence l took to eating out, there are many places all with in walking distance. Breakfast at extra cost again far too much money but very good. Will be staying again defo!!

"Best hotel in Rostov!!"

Hotel is very nice and new. The staff is great especially at reception staff - Diana -amazing worker , got taxi very quickly and very knowledgeable. Room with view of river is great! View of back of building Ok but not great. Side room 501 has odd smell but don’t know what it is, opening window solved problem. Breakfast is good. They probably need another coffee machine because one is not enough when hall is full.

"Great stay at the Raddison Blu Rostov-on-Don"

I was traveling for business and stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. Overall experience at the hotel was great! Staff was very friendly and eager to help. I think there is still some construction going on inside the hotel as certain areas were inaccessible. Food was good but there are comparable options throughout the city that are much cheaper. Room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping and laundry service was very good. Hotel has a modern feel thought. WiFi is not the best. The hotel is not in the city center but a short drive can get you there. The river embankment outside is nice and there are some very good restaurants close by. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
