"A pretty little boutique hotel on the beach"

The room was good for one or two people. Everything looked clean. The beach is just steps away.

I would like to see another umbrella on the pool deck.

Clean, lovely rooms, smelled wonderful opening the door. Right on the beach, nice pool. An excellent deal

It's a little ways from restaurants, but still worth it

Location

No umbrellas, not maintained. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool water was low. Very disappointing and we come every year. We will not be staying here again.

"The kids had a fantastic time and can’t wait to go back."

The location was great. The room was very clean and the property set up was great.

There was a lot of pot smoke at night. Not sure if it was from the Lotus or the neighboring hotel? The breakfast was coffee, bananas, apples, muffins and yogurt. It was ok but not great. The pillow was uncomfortable. If we come again, I will bring my own pillow.

Pool area nice

The outside building needed painting. It was just very old and rundown. It has such potential too. Just the upkeep is not good.

Great location just far enough from downtown to be out of the crazy amount of people great beach access

Needs a little updating outside rooms where updated an very nice. But all in all was great

"One night stay while passing through"

Location was good and pool was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Room could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was not good. Worst thing is not nearly enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms. Would not stay again due to parking issues.
