Расположение, отсутствие в самом отеле казино.

Номер не соответствовал изображению на сайте. Стоимость мини-бара не была указана. Планшет не работал, а просьба к персоналу исправить ситуацию, осталась без внимания. Уставшая мебель, с царапинами и потертостями. Не соответствует пяти звездам.

Das grosse Studio und das grosse Bett, der Blick auf den Strip.

Das Personal wusste ihren Ablauf nicht. Wir haben wortwörtlich 5 verschiedene Aussagen bezüglich dem Parkieren erhalten. Ausserhalb gibt es ein Parkservice, dass gar nichts mit dem Hotel zutun hat, aber das Hotel jedoch die Parkkosten verrechnen, ganz komisch aufgebaut! Dann haben wir erstmals nur die Option mit dem sogennanten Velvet Parking erhalten, aber nicht alle Parkinformationen bekommen. Die andere Option wäre Self Park (20 dollar) meiner Meinung nach macht dies mehr Sinn als das Velvet (40 dollar), man verliert umsonst viel Zeit für das Warten, bis das Auto kommt und Self Parking wäre für alle Garagen die mit diesem Hotel verbunden sind, dass mussten wir jedoch alles selbst herausfinden!!! Das man auch mit der Hotelkarte scannen kann ohne ein Ticket in der Parkgarage zu lösen. Schlussendlich gaben Sie uns nicht einmal die Zeit, dass wir das Auto parkieren auf einer der Parkplätzen draussen vor dem Hotel, damit wir nur das Gepäck ins Auto bringen können, eine Person musste immer da sein beim Auto bei dieser Hitze noch (was nicht einmal 10Minuten gedauert hat)sehr unfreundlich!! ALLE GÄSTE HABEN BEIM CHECKOUT EIN GESCHENK ERHALTEN, NUR WIR NICHT, AUCH WENN MAN NACHGEFRAGT HAT, SEHR DISKRIMINIEREND!!

Très bon emplacement. Central sur le STRIP, accès intérieur direct au COSMOPOLITAN et BELLAGIO. Face à l'ARIA "à deux pas". Uber et TAXI à l'entrée principale. Hotel calme et confortable (pas de CASINO) Chambre moderne et spacieuse (Parlor Suite) Parfait pour Affaires et Tourisme.
