"Great location, excellent facility, and service."

The location, amenities, and available dining options around the area. Easy check out.

Parking garage system was a bit confusion. They contract with Times Carino Esaka with a daily pass ¥1000, but the Times it’s a ticket system that requires ticket to cover $1100 (standard parking fee per day} so essentially, we need to ask for more ticket if you go out multiple times a day. They hand you extra tickets if you purchase daily pass, but I feel the system could be better managed. Osaka prefecture tax: hidden fee. I had to pay approximately ¥1500 when I checked in, was told it’s an Osaka prefectural tax.

I really liked the surrounding area. Esaka park was perfect for jet lagged kids up before sunrise or full of energy after dinner.

I had to book two rooms to make it work for family of four

クリーニングが当日でできること

REIホテルはスタッフがアロマ調合をしているとのことを後から知ったのですが、匂いがきつ過ぎました。ホテル中オジサンの匂いが充満していて、まともに睡眠が取れませんでした。
