La Villa Marbella

Outstanding location in an historic mediterranean styled village setting. Accommodations were spacious in a two level apartment. Less than optimal bedding and furnishings but comfortable and the walking distance to restaurants and activities more than compensated for any deficiencies. Staff was great and very helpful.

Felt very welcome. Manager and staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was a problem, if needed assistance. Hotel very cosy, great location. Parking not easy.

Staff is really amazing, hotel is quite small but so well located. My mistake I had a car and car park (off site) was horribly pricey (paid 80€ from friday to sunday)

This charming hotel is in the heart of old town. The staff is amazing and they are the reason I give the hotel five stars. Yes, the room was clean and comfortable but their kindness and professionalism is what set them apart from other hotels. I personally interacted with Benjamin, Juan, and Isabella. They are simply the best!

Excellent location, first class service, well equipped rooms. Extremely well decorated & mantained rooms. All rooms different due to being in converted houses but our room & others seen all appeared of the highest standard Why only single star is beyond my comprehension but probably due to facilities - no dining - no spa etc

staff was very helpful. happy people. responded quickly to issues which were minor items. great location. very clean rooms. remember to tip housemaid. she is a nice person.

My wife broke her ankle in Morocco as we were heading to the airport for Marbella. On the way to the Hotel we stopped at the hospital to have it x-rayed and casted. When we go to the La Villa Marbella at around 9:00pm it was apparent that my wife wouldn't be able to walk let alone make it up the stairs to our room, which looked very nice. They had a small ground floor room that they gave us. Not the larger suite we had reserved but not their fault. I am not going to review the room, as it wsa a smaller less expensive room then they had ready for us, accept to say it was clean and well kept. The hotel is in a great location in the old town and is quiet even with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The best thing about our stay was the staff. When we got there Heather couldn't walk or use crutches. We didn't have a wheelchair so the manager helped me carry her from the car into the room and got us all situated in the room. He then, knowing how long of a day I had, drove with me to guide me out of the old town to find free parking. In all took him and I about 1-1/2 hours. After all that he called the owner at 10:30ish to let him know our situation. the owner had a new wheelchair delivered to our room the next morning. They made sure we had everything we needed for our complicated stay including us find the medical and pharmacy services we needed. They were great. Thanks,

I really enjoyed my stay here! My suite had a beautiful terrace that looked onto the pool, the location was perfect in the heart of old town and the staff were kind, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

I loved everything about this little hotel.i wish i could have packed the room in my suitcase and brought it home.it was the most lovely room i have ever stayed in.

Location was amazing. These are separate residences turned into hotel rooms. Our room had a squeaky ceiling as people upstairs walked. Parking was a problem too. But staff were super nice and location was great, which made it easy. If you are after a quiet place to rest this is not for you but if you don't mind the noise and want to be in the middle of the action, this is the one.
