Cooperative staff, warm welcome reasonably sized rooms. Location was very central and close to restarunts, hill road shopping and plenty of famous churches. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The shower head sprays water everywhere, wetting the complete area. Even the toilet roll gets soaked (suggest a change). A waterpuller could help.

Excellent location! Very convenient to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

There was no exhaust fan for the bathroom. The bathroom stayed damp as you had to take the keys which were also a power to the room. Did not want to open the windows due to mosquitoes. Lot of mosquitoes in the corridors and lifts too.

The location is the best. Value for money!

A little upgrade would help. The tap in the bathroom was not shutting easily. The sheets need a good laundering.

i did not like that they have mentioned they have a multi-cuisine restaurant when they do not have one.
