"Dramatisch!!"

De ligging en het ontbijt.

Wij kwamen na een vlucht van 10 uur aan in Salt lake city. Na ophalen huurauto kwamen we om 10.00 plaatselijke tijd aan bij het hotel. Snel inchecken en slapen want we waren doodmoe. Onze volwassen dochter zou op de slaapbank slapen die we nog moesten opmaken want dat deed het hotel niet voor ons. De slaapbank was ontzettend vies en de spiralen kwamen door het matras. Dat ging em dus niet worden. Mijn man terug naar de receptie en daar wilden ze niets voor ons doen, we konden een deken krijgen om erover heen te leggen. We probeerde de vrouw achter de balie te overtuigen te komen kijken hoe het matras er uit zag, maar ze weigerde. Ze liet ons gewoon staan zonder iets te doen! Verder was er niemand die ons kon helpen, aldus de vrouw. De manager was niet bereikbaar, misschien later. Anderhalf uur wachten en totaal uitgeput zijn mijn zoon, schoondochter en dochter, alle drie volwassen, samen in één bed gaan liggen. Na een nare nacht met weinig slaap zijn we gaan ontbijten en hebben we ons verhaal voorgelegd aan 2 nieuwe dames bij de receptie en zij hebben de betaling teruggestort. Wat een nare ervaring.

TVs did not have guides and the channel numbers were different in each room. Also, we could not connect to free wifi because the name and room number didn’t match??? The room was comfortable and quiet.

Our favorite place to stay with kids! The water park is always a hit. Breakfast is great with a large variety. We love the addition of the soda fountain in the breakfast area!

The couch cushions were worn with some holes on them but didn’t affect the ability to use it.
