Old sheet in beds, band aid stuck on wall, ac leaking in room so carpet was soaked and floor super soft. Ac unit hanging on barley and could see outside. Someone’s personal sheet was still on the fold out couch. Only2 of the girls working were pleasant the rest hell no. Manager is likes to argue and tell you what service dogs can and can’t do and then over charge you.

"Don’t do it!!"

No customer service rep or staff member present first 10 minutes of walking inside the hotel. Someone had a dog in their room on my floor. The dog barked continuously.
