Friendly staff

Toilet had old urine behind the seat. Not visible until lid was closed. Room’s carpet had stains and room had a funky smell.

Would not let my wife and I stay because she didn't have id she's disabled and doesn't have dl she had id but said she had to have one .we were charged at 1:21am and lady at front desk turned us away. Still waiting for my 80 dollars put back on card lady was very rude.

Booked for a 2 queen suite, one arrival they only had 1 beds available even tho we paid ahead of time for the stay. Staff was unwilling to accommodate and left 4 people with 1 bed while traveling through the state.

Not really anything this trip

No AC, no shower curtain, no hand soap, no shampoo, no towels, the bed was broken, the hallways and rooms smelt really bad, stains on the carpet in the rooms. We kept our shoes on the entire time we were walking around the room. Management didn't really seem to care.

Check in took forever, the lady couldn’t figure out how to wake up the computer. First room floor was filthy with hair and crumbs all over it. Second room headboard was dirty and sticky. Back of bathroom door had black stuff all over it. Beds are just double beds which are very small for couples. Check in required everyone in the rooms ID which seems very odd. No floor ice machines only refrigerator ice maker which couldn’t keep up with three people. Overall disappointing
