Candlewood Suites San Antonio Downtown by IHG

I have stayed here every time I visit San Antonio and I have never had a complaints! The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean!

The Matress was really comfy and the pillows too, the pool was clean, the floor was a little dirty and they don’t make our beds or clean overall we don’t get clean towels either,,

Comfortable bed

The room that was given to us had a couple of roaches in there,so we got moved to a different room,well We were already in bed falling asleep when we had security come knocking on our door that someone complained that there was noise but I don't understand how if we were falling asleep(neighbors were a karen) then when we checked out they tried charging us again for staying there so we had to call our bank. Never again will we be staying there.

Very clean establishment.

Everything was excellent just one thing they dont clean your room in your whole stay

I was worried about staying here since there really isn't anything close by. Check-in was fine. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled funny, but our room was clean with no odor. A/C worked fine. No complaints at all.
