Everything about this stay was just fine. Easy checkin, easy checkout, clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The only downside was the breakfast buffet, which was below standard for a major hotel chain.

"I would stay there again and have already told my friends about this hotel."

Braydon at the front desk is so friendly. He had eye contact with me while we were talking. I don't always find that at most hotels. The cell service is not that great in that area and he explained why. The breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is smoke free and so clean. The elevator was very clean.

I have stayed at this property 8 times at least. Employees are nice. I book this place because it has a nice pool for my grandchildren. This time the pool was closed, I was really disappointed because they did not say it was closed at check in and give us an option to book somewhere else. They offered no compensation other than they were sorry. Disappointing to say the least.
