We asked to have our ac looked at and they moved us to another room without hesitation. Staff was nice and friendly. Good breakfast and our room was good as well!

"So gross"

This hotel was horrible I would never ever stay here again. The room still had trash from previous occupant. The roof leaked in hallway. One elevator worked, and that elevator had vomit covering the floor with a wet floor sign in vomit for at least two hours. Holiday inn should shut this down for tarnishing its reputation.

Small issues checking in. Nothing major. Desk associate took care of it immediately. Floor was sticky in our bathroom but everything was else was good as always with Holiday Inn.
