Friendly staff

I stayed in room 115, it’s so close to the front desk I could hear every interaction with guests arriving and departing, I could hear the workers talking amongst themselves at 5 A.M. I had a class that started at 6:30A.M, so there was no opportunity to fall back to sleep once I was awakened at 5 A.M , after being awakened 3 to 4 times I was exhausted in class, that room needs soundproofing at the very least.

Very clean room the only complaints was there wasn’t much on the TV to watch and the WiFi barely worked.

The place is SUPER CLEAN amd the staff is very friendly and although I’m still giving a 5 stars, I must say that bed was not a queen size, it was smaller and for 2 average size adults, not very comfortable. Also, the AC during the night stops working for long periods of time. Defines will stay there again, just in a king size bed room

Staff was friendly and helpful! Shuttle drivers were accessible and very accommodating.

Air conditioning worked well, parking was okay, lot was crowded. Didn’t use laundry or kitchen.
