Safety Issues!!!!!!!!!!! The worst hotel stay I have ever had drove from hours away after a full day of work to stay and go to the zoo with my family and was woken up at 1 am in the morning by the fire alarms going off which was very scary for my 2 young children and it ruined our visit to the zoo the next day the next day I asked what happened and was told this has been an ongoing issue and has happened like 4 times very recently glad to know I picked one of the more expensive hotels in the area to have a better stay and it was actually the worst stay ever. We reached out to the manager Christa Rockey and was lied to that this was not an ongoing issue and that nothing would be done to make this correct I will avoid this hotel chain at all costs and let everyone I talk to know how poorly this situation was handled and not to waste their money on a company that doesn’t care about your safety or the safety of your family members but only your money. Edit the response is an automatic response exactly the same thing that was emailed to my wife by a manager. Also they are saying we weren’t lied to but when one person says this has happened multiple times lately and then we are told it’s not an ongoing issue and it’s an isolated incident SOMEONE IS LYING!

Hotel is centrally located to attractions, convenient store and restaurants.

The fire alarm went off while we were asleep at 1 a.m. Everyone had to vacate the building in the cold weather until it was cleared by the firefighters

10 minutes after we arrived from a very long drive we had to evacuate the hotel. Blaring fire alarms went off so we got back in the car and left the property. No fire but no explanation, either.Not very soundproof at all.
