Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Alexandria

I liked the service that people provided with the one touch service he was called Maged and he was very helpful. When i reserved the room i wanted to check in early and they helped me out given that the check in the hotel at 3 pm and they made me check in at 12:10 pm. The breakfast is highly recommended and totally worth it all the food was fresh and there was a lot of options even the baked stuff was so good. The rooms were clean and comfortable i stayed in two different rooms the executive room then upgraded to suite both were perfect but the difference between suite and executive room was very noticeable and would be recommended.

Well the balcony was always dirty and full of mosquitos The only restaurant worth eating from is the filini it’s 10/10 the others are 5/10 (while i tested only 3 of four ) that’s a taste review and how fresh was the food, i wouldn’t recommend contacting the restaurants personally since they were a bit rude and unfriendly When i first reserved the room one of the benefits was that it was sound proof so I wouldnt care what happening outside but unfortunately my first room was looking at a wedding and it was very noisy from 7 pm till 12 pm i felt like i was in the wedding and the balcony was very exposed to the wedding so you cant actually use it comfortably because of the insects flying everywhere and people looking, I was at the third floor and very visible And the bathtub was broken so i can fill it with water but i cant drain it but the good thing when i relayed those concerns to the front desk they upgraded the room to a suite but i was only staying for 2 nights so yeah good and bad So i had access to the executive lounge and i wanted to understand more what is that and how to use it, from my experience the hotel always should explain the benefits of the hotel and the privileges you should have when you check in just to know what you are looking for although no body explained anything and i had to call the lounge and ask him in a very decent way what is the executive lounge and how to use that he said in a very rude way to contact customer-service and hung up without even saying goodbye

The best hotel in town from everything very friendly and helpful stuff and the vibes was awesome 🥰

اولا منذ ان وصلنا المكان شيك وراقي وهادي جدا بلغونا بعمل upgrade لغرفتنا تبقي علي pool وview احلي كتير فعلا الغرفه ممتازه مفيش حاجه مش موجوده نضافه وفرش العشاء لطيف جدا والجوده ممتازه الاستف متعاون جدا جدا والإفطار كمان لطيف جدا بجد تجرّبه اكيد هنكررها باذن الله مش اقل منً9 من 10
