hotel is dirty staff no helpful at all i will not recommend this hotel to any one in future.

rubbish never again in this hotel everything rubbish this hotel is good for local not recommend from abroad visitor to mumbai.

Tried to charge me INR 6000 extra although l had paid amount in full through expedia.They said my payment records was not on their system. Ended up in a small room with no facilities. Never book this hotel if you are coming from abroad. Reception staff prefers cash payments without receipts and will cooperate fully if you do this and upgrade your room to "super deluxe " !! Other better class hotels available in Andbheri West. Juhu area.

Gave me worst room I've ever seen when I ask for a little better one charged me 2400 more later when I wanted to take shower they told me wait till morning for a hot water had to wait for tea in the morning for 2 hours tea kettle was never been cleaned very bad room condition all flights lands from top of roof went to another website and booked another hotel near by . They refused to refund my upgrade money booked for 4 nights stayed only one night. Complete waste of money and time

Reception manager's behavior not so good he was very rigid I suggest you please withdraw that hotel's name in your site

I am not sure why this hotel is there in Expedia. This was the first time I used Expedia thinking of getting something nice, but it turned out other way. Not only the staff is rude but also the room was scary, the AC was just hanging there on the wall like its gonna fall on me anytime. I recall it was around 3AM and all of a sudden the AC started making this huge noise, It scared the hell out of me. I mean really, then one of the hotel staff told me that it will only run for 3-4 hours and after that we need to shut it down for sometime. Man this hotel is a disaster, I was in Mumbai for my business meeting and I could not deliver it because I was feeling all sleepy , I guess you know why.

This place is is junk yard. it ain't no hotel atmosphere. I've moved to other hotel after one night stay even though two nights were reserved and paid off advance. Total disappointment.

I chose this hotel because it was near the airport and trains. As such, there is noise from those things. Other than that I found this hotels location to be pretty good for the urban adventurer. It's on a quiet narrow street so there is not a lot of traffic - good walking street. There are markets near by. The staff was ok. Those who wanted to be helpful were very help. Those who did not care to be helpful are probably related to someone who owns the hotel. Most staff were helpful happy people I would stay here again if were to stay in Mumbai and require quick/easy access to Train or Airport.
