"URGE MANTENIMIENTO A LAS INSTALACIONES"

Le falta mantenimiento al Aire Acondicionado, pintura, le falta aparatos en el gimnasio, las bandas del gimnasio estan viejas y son peligrosas. Nos quedamos sin agua

"Para dormir está bien"

La cama estaba bastante cómoda.

No hubo agua caliente los 3 días que constó mi estancia, el primer día tampoco internet ni televisión y para rematar compré un bote grande de nueces surtidas y misteriosamente me desapareció la mitad del contenido mientras no estuve en mi habitación. El personal de recepción del hotel todo el tiempo de cara larga y su trato no es mejor, cero ganas de tratar bien al huésped y atender sus necesidades.
