Great place

The location of the propery was good and the apartment was large, however the property was not maintained properly. Bathroom privacy locks, shower and the room fan was not working. Carpet was smelling bad around the apartments. Location was great, as it is close to freeway, getting in and out to gold coast and sunshine-coast is easy.

Perfect to watch the cricket 30 second walk. Large apartment with everything you need. Parking and finding your way around the lifts was tricky at the start but after a while you get use to it.

The upgraded fob system didn’t work, what does it matter what the place is like if you can’t even access it.

Great location

Room felt a bit warn out for how much they are charging. The couch cushions were all sunk in, there was a note on a business card stating the seal in the oven needs to be fixed but it’s ok to use. Feel the room is overpriced for what it is.

Great staff, location was good for us as we needed to be by Mater only a 10 min walk. Coles pub bakery underneath hotel. Bus station close also z
