L'atmosfera è bellissima, ottima colazione con buona scelta, pulizia impeccabile e cortesia di tutto lo staff, c'è ampio parcheggio. Noi avevamo una camera vista rodeo, quindi di notte si sentiva qualche mucca muggire ma rendeva l'atmosfera anche più particolare ed eccellente. Un ringraziamento particolare al Mr. brad Cowan per l'organizzazione delle sorprese per il nostro anniversario

"Great location for National Park Visit"

Hotel was located very near the National Park. There was a shuttle stop for the National Park Shuttle at this location. Check in and check out were both easy and smooth transactions. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had additional seating available for breakfast to handle large crowds. No restaurant or lounge available on premise for other meals.

"Alexis was our vacation savior"

We booked a cabin on the rim of Bryce Canyon and had issues when we got there. We checked in at 11:30pm. By 12:15am we were leaving. Mice, no ice, no way other than the bathroom sink for drinking water. We left and figured at that time of night we wouldn’t be able to find anything and thought we’d be driving to Las Vegas. We stopped at Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel and we sure are glad we did. Alexis went above and beyond to get us a room. He really worked some magic. The room was fantastic! And literally half the price of the cabin we left. We are so grateful for Alexis working so hard to get us a room and saving that portion of our vacation. No question about here we will stay when we go back to Bryce Canyon!!
