Location, facilities,

The walls very thin could hear lots of noise. Mind you our apartment was right near the lobby over looking the road. Not nice waking up to loud rubbish trucks and loud singing drunk people on the street.

Little far to walk to center

Liked how easy the parking was, and how close it was to the city we had ocean views and city views. Walking distance of 2 minuets to a 7/11. The apartment was very spacious. It was very comfortable.

The cleanliness wasnt that great, previous occupants rubbish under the bed, the skirtings are dusty the master bedroom bed base has drip marks on it. Etc etc. The cleanliness could be improved, the master bedroom ensuit shower leaks, water builds up on floor to which it leaks out the end , not sure whether its unlevel of floor why water accumulates so we just used other shower instead.

Clean, tidy and great for small families

location was good within walking distance to PT and beach, the pool and Sauna was great to relax in, Kitchen had everything you needed as well as the bathrooms.

The noise of the garbage truck in the morning, gave us a fright, but nothing major
