Bad smell in the kitchen, even when they came to fix it. I think it’s from the drain? Did not like how you have to check in after hours. We were stuck outside for awhile. Phone did not work.

On devait quitter l'hôtel à 10h mais notre départ pour l'aéroport n'était qu'à partir de 15h. L'hôtel ne pouvait pas garder nos valises. C'est dommage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Trilogy Surfers Paradise. L'appartement était très bien équipé, propre et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. Il ne reste qu'à faire les courses et poser ses valises ! L'emplacement est idéal, avec la plage, les commerces, le tramway et les arrêts de bus à seulement 2 à 5 minutes à pied. Le personnel a également été très réactif et agréable tout au long de notre séjour.

Rien à signaler. Notre séjour a répondu à toutes nos attentes. 😊

The walls very thin could hear lots of noise. Mind you our apartment was right near the lobby over looking the road. Not nice waking up to loud rubbish trucks and loud singing drunk people on the street.
