Everything ,bedding was lovely beds were comfy and lovely and clean

Pool needs a little upgrade

Staff friendly. Rooms were spacious and super comfy. Great location. The restaurant made the stay completely, the food unbelievably good, and the coffee was also spot on. The food quality really was the best part of our stay.

Gym definitely needs a revamp… Would definitely level up the place as a whole.

Beautiful gardens with lots of seating around. Lovely rooms. Accessible coffee shop. Staff were friendly.

My 1 relax day, there was a super noisy power tool whining near my room. It did not stop for at least 3 hours. The bathroom floor was a sticky. No bathroom accessories such as shower cap. No 'welcome folder" with eating options etc. It just feels like a 'room' not an 'experience'. We paid nearly $400 per night, I expected more for that price.

Location was close to Cable Beach

Cleaners need more training. Toilet wasn’t cleaned twice cups were left dirty also pool area seriously needs maintenance tiles missing in pool paint peeling. Food for lunch and pool needs to be simple very little choices. Paid for pool view which was through a gate

Beautiful rooms, large deep pool, great pool side snacks and amazing food at the restaurant

We loved the location, the modern aesthetics, the quality of the food was outstanding and our room was superb (king bed pool view). Even the pool towels were deluxe - full sized plush beach towels!

The only issue we had was the work being done around the pool. A bit disruptive with the noise (power tools and hammering).

I loved everything about my stay here. Beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms and relaxing gardens/pool area. Would highly recommend.
