When we arrived, there was no remote for the tv. We called the front desk and they came up Immediately with one. When we got back from dinner it was quite chilly so we turned on our heater. It sounded like a freight train roaring through. Since we had already had one issue, we didnโ€™t want to call again so we just turned it off and tried staying warm under the covers.

"Nice stay after a night time Mardi Gras parade. Easy to find."

The room was spacious with a small kitchen and a coffee maker , nice seating area with a couch and a nice big tv and confortable beds, The breakfast was good with lots of variety and choices to choose from. I also enjoyed the large bathtub and shower had good water pressure and the hair dryer worked well.

"Adequate room, friendly and efficient staff!"

Check-in attendant was friendly and provided quick check-in. Tv would not turn on and maintenance responded quickly and fixed issue. The room cleaning detail was a bit under what I expected. Dusty in bathroom and kitchen counter needed a better wipe down. Overall room was adequate for one night stay and complimentary washer dryer access is a plus!

I absolutely loved everything about this location. The only reason they got a 4 star review was because they don't have a pull through covered area. My husband has a motorized wheelchair that we had to load in the rain because there was a motorcycle parked in the one small covered "porch" type area.
